Weekend Adult: £39.00 instead of £44.00 on the day

The Weekend Adult ticket grants admission to the Camper&Bus Show for one adult from Friday 7th up until the evening of Sunday 9th August. The price of the ticket allows you to stay on site in a Campervan or tent and make use of the site facilities, entertainment and access the trade stands and food areas. One (1) pass is required per adult.
The individual day tickets DO NOT include camping on site.
Children aged 16 and under get FREE entry to the show. However, we do ask that you still order them a wrist band when buying in advance so we can account for numbers and make sure you child can access the same areas you can with your weekend pass. Simply add the child ticket to your basket when you buy your weekend pass and we will do the rest. Don’t worry, there is no charge for this ticket.
What’s going on at the VW Camper Show
Saturday night is carnival night, with entertainment headed by Glastonbury favourites ‘Carnival Collective’ a 30 piece band playing the ultimate in party music, they are supported by the Funkinn Skunks, a top reggae band with a growing reputation within the VW community Following on from the great success of last year. Friday night is 70’s and 80’s night. The Birmingham Blues Brothers make a welcome return to the stage, make sure you bring your pork pie hat for this one. Rated as one of the most authentic sounding ABBA tribute’s to the world’s best pop group Re-Bjon will be playing all your favourite numbers for you to sign along to. MUSIC – VWt stage in the bar. The Bar has been enlarged this year to accommodate another stage with live and taped music playing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Make sure you keep an eye on the web site to see who else is playing.
Everything you could ever need for your VW, and some things you didn’t even know you needed, will be available with a wide selection of traders in attendance. The hilly terrain of Eastnor Castle has allowed us to construct a fantastic, challenging but safe soap box challenge course. This is sure to be one of the most fun events of the weekend for competitors and spectators alike and we would like as many people to enter as possible. Whether your entry takes 30mins or 3 months to construct we would like to see you all on the start line. But before you start building your stead check out the rules and regulations and the terms and conditions. Rust&Prime – Show&Shine
Lots of Beetles, Splits, Early and Late Bays, Type 25’s, T4’s, T5’s and other VWs will be competing for one of the ‘best of show’ trophies we will have on offer for the best examples in each catagory. Competition will be split over two days this year. Rust&Prime Saturday and Show&Shine Sunday. Enter in advance by filling out one of the following forms: Rust&Prime or Show&Shine.
Dogs are welcome
Dogs are more than welcome at the Camper&Bus Show, in fact if you’re bringing yours we’ve got a treat you and your best friend will love. Why not enter them for the various competitions that are taking place on Saturday and Sunday? Events will include dog agility, best looking pooch, doggy fancy dress and dog/ owner look-a-like competitions.
Please remember to bring your pooper scooper, a ready supply of plastic bags and keep your dog on a lead at all times
We will have a full programme of things for the family to do, from relay races to fancy dress competitions, full programme to be posted soon.
Target archery is also taking place nearby with an experienced Archery instructor to give one to one training.
Strictly VW Dance Classes
Learn a few steps to impress the kids. All are welcome to take part in these beginer sessions. Why not join in and have some fun throughout the weekend!
Relax and have a drink
If you enjoy a glass of vino whilst listening to some cool music, then we have a fully stocked bar serving a wide variety of alcoholic and soft drinks all at reasonable prices.
Eating and drinking is a big part of any weekend away, so we’ve arranged for a wide range of food outlets to be onsite. They’ll be serving up all manner of cuisine, from burgers to bhaji’s and there’ll even be a pop-up store for those doing their own catering.
Juggling balls, clubs, hoops, unicycles and a range of circus equipment will be available to try all weekend.
Whether you fancy becoming a prince, a princess or scary dragon for the day our face artists will be able to assist.
Paint and decorate with jewels your very own tiara and become the Castle royalty for the whole weekend.
Always a favourite, a chance to decorate your own biscuit, then eat your yummy creation.
Sword and Shield Painting
Make and decorate a medieval shield and sword. Watch out for any dragons!
Build Your Own VW Bus out of Cardboard
Make a cardboard VW Bus and colour it in to be just like mum or dad’s pride and joy!
Learn a little about the park and the local wildlife by taking a walk round one of the Castle’s many nature trails.
Watch out, Van Man’s about! He’ll be visiting the showing through the weekend to judge the kids colouring competition
Organised kids games in the Kids zone
Van man will be leading a selection of kids games twice daily in the kids zone, check out the timetable on arrival.
Everybody loves a bouncy castle and even more so when it is in the shape of a giant Split Screen Camper.
Follow the clues in the Camper&Bus treasure hunt and you could win your very own pot of gold.
